I'm Melissa, a certified STOTT Pilates Instructor and a mom of two. I help other moms regain their strength after pregnancy so that they can best handle the demands of motherhood without pain and injury.

It was my goal to get stronger after my babies, and with this method I was able to recover my core and after two pregnancies.
