The Mom Ab Rehab program is where I guide you through all the core healing exercises that helped me to regain my strength. This is a specialised program that will rebuild your abdominal wall, strengthen your glutes and back and realign your body postpartum. The program is suitable for vaginal or c-section births.

All you need is a pilates mini ball. Most of the workouts are no equipment though. The focus is on your rehab, before we add in heavy equipment.

The program consists of low impact pilates workouts that won't have a negative impact on your milk supply.

Don't rely on crunches achieve a flat stomach. You need to close the ab separation first, so that your core functions properly.
